Welcome to eScholar Academy! We offer a full range of online academic courses, for students enrolled in grades seven through Adult. Students who live in Tehama and the five adjacent counties are eligible to enroll.
Our target is any student who can benefit most from a self-paced, individualized instruction that is delivered on site or in the home via technology. We believe that, given a comprehensive and mastery-based curriculum, high expectations, access to technology (computer and Internet), strong instructional support, guidance from experienced teachers, a strong commitment from parents (or other caring adults), and a well-conceived virtual education program can help boost student achievement, serve the unique needs of students and families, and offer a new model for effective public education in the 21st century.
Enrollment is easy! Select Register Online and submit the required information. Our registrar will contact you within two business days. For more information and answers to your questions, please contact us Phone: 530-527-0188 Fax: 530-527-0273.
LCAP / LCFF Information
Governor Jerry Brown's new Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF) is intended to equitably allocate dollars from the state capital to counties and districts. The LCFF moves toward a more equitable, rational and efficient approach to allocating resources.
We invite you to provide your input in developing our Local Accountability Plan (LCAP). A county/district overview of the LCFF/LCAP process will be held on February 26, 2014 from 5:00 – 6:00 p.m at the Tehama County Department of Education. Below is a link (Community Input Link) to an online survey where we welcome your suggestions and comments.
